Tugby & Tugby Surveyors Ltd will be processing your personal data (limited to your name, address, telephone numbers and email address (the “Data”) ) for the sole purpose of fulfilling our duties under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990, Building Act 1984, The Water Industry Act 1991 and the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

Your personal data will be shared with third parties for the purpose of submitting applications to the Local Authority, Approved Inspectors and Statutory Undertakers and other consultants and contractors engaged either by you or by ourselves.

Where required by the above Acts and Regulations therefrom your Data will be shared with your neighbours and their consultants.

External recipients of the Data will be limited to those contemplated by the above Acts and the Regulations therefrom and the Data will be stored for no longer than required under the relevant Act and applicable law.

You have the right to request a copy of the Data, its amendment if erroneous and deletion (subject to our duties under the above Acts and Regulations therefrom). 

You also have the right to object to its processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
